Rural Tourism Costa Rica at it's Best

We have been here less than 48 hours and the kids as usual have loved every minute of it. We had a party last night that was one of the best we have ever had in the village with music, local dance performaces, plenty of food, and even a presentation of a "Key-to-the-Village" which was presented to Vicki Hodges.

We also had a soccer game yesterday that worked out perfect because we had a nice muddy field from the rain in the morning. We were sliding everywhere. The team we played against had soccer shoes and TEAM USA did not so you can imagine how much were were sliding all over the place.

This morning it is raining a bit but it looks like it will clear. The rain helps with getting a good nigh sleep with the tin roofs they have on the homes here so I think everyone is well rested.
